How to request deletion of your data from PostChime

How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete all data PostChime has received from Facebook or Instagram, you can do so at any time by following these steps:

Option 1: Delete Your Account

  1. Log into your PostChime account at postchime.com
  2. Go to Settings from the navigation menu
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section
  4. Click "Delete Account" and confirm

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including any data received from Facebook and Instagram, within 30 days.

Option 2: Disconnect Your Facebook/Instagram Account

  1. Log into your PostChime account
  2. Go to SettingsConnected Accounts
  3. Click "Disconnect" next to your Facebook or Instagram account

This will remove the connection and delete all data received from that platform, including access tokens, profile information, and message history.

Option 3: Email Request

You can also request data deletion by emailing us at:

support@postchime.com

Include your account email address and specify what data you want deleted. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request data deletion, we remove the following:

  • Facebook and Instagram access tokens
  • Profile information (name, username, profile picture)
  • Page and account metadata
  • Message and conversation history
  • Post content and media
  • Analytics and engagement data
  • Ad campaign data and performance metrics

Removing PostChime from Facebook

You can also remove PostChime's access from your Facebook account directly:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
  2. Find PostChime in the list
  3. Click "Remove"

This revokes PostChime's access to your Facebook data. To also delete data already stored by PostChime, follow the steps above.
